Really sorry guys but I have lost the step by step pictures, if I find them I will update this blog. Sorry again.
1) Apply a base coat first. I used an Avon one for this.
2) Apply white nail polish to all of your nails.
3) Using a makeup sponge dab on a pink in the corners of your nails.
4) Using a paint brush paint on a black heart on each nail. These can be different sizes and in different places.
5) Put a glitter polish over the pink spots.
6) Protect the design with a top coat and your done.
